Where my hypnobirthing journey began...

When I was pregnant with my son, a lovely friend of mine asked me whether I was doing any prenatal preparation. I was in the middle of my second trimester and my answer was no, quite frankly.  Because, the thought of labour petrified me. My plan at the time? Turn up at the hospital on the day, try not to panic and take absolutely any drug that I was offered to get through the 'pain'.

 So, on the advice of my friend, I completed a Hypnobirthing Course! The principles were GAME CHANGING!  Whilst the birth of my Son wasn't 'perfect' (no such thing exists), I felt AMAZING throughout the experience and still feel the buzz when I think about it now! 

And now...

Ever since, I've not stopped reading and banging on about hypnobirthing. I am so passionate about it's effectiveness and the power it has to transform your outlook on childbirth. With practice, it can shape your entire experience for the better. I love it so much that It's now my career!
